Moline J. Blanc, MSBS, PA-C, Founder & CEO 

Ms. Moline Blanc is the founder and CEO of Shekinah Health and Wellness Center in Ormond Beach, FL. She is an experienced and caring Certified Physician Assistant with experience in Family, Internal and Geriatric Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Biomedical Science with a concentration in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Toledo. She completed her Family and Internal Medicine training at Alta-Med Health Services Corporation in Los Angeles, CA. She completed two years of post-graduate studies in Clinical Sexology at the American Academy of Clinical Sexology (AACS) in Orlando, FL. In addition to managing the Practice, she is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Florida State University College of Medicine.

Her professional interests include Disease Prevention, Chronic Disease Management, Psycho-sexual Education and Management, Functional Medicine, Clinical preceptorship, teaching and Research. Ms. Blanc’s medical management style focuses on evidence-based integrative and complementary medicine therapies. She is committed to educating patients about all possible health solutions to their health concerns. She treats each patient as a special soul, no matter their background or financial status. She provides patients with evidence-based health solutions and guides them toward achieving complete physical, mental, and social well-being.

Personal interests: Reading, meditation, exercises (Yoga, Elliptical, Run, Swim), travel, food, and the beach. Slow mornings and spending time with her close circle of friends, family and her dog, Roxy.

Hermeline Lens
Business Consultant
HR, Marketing & Operations

Ms. Hermeline, Business Consultant Partner leads the Operations, HR and Marketing Strategies at Shekinah Health. She is strategic and creative mind behind our marketing and communications engagement efforts. She also provides branding and PR insight that strategically positions Shekinah Health in Volusia County and beyond. Ms. Blanc leverages 15+ years of corporate and agency communications to provide strong healthcare operations, HR and marketing direction while creatively communicating to connect and engage patients.  

A core focus of her work is to provide insights that allow Shekinah Health to withstand changes in the healthcare market, assist the leadership team in strategically communicating the business goals, and train the administrative staff to work with purpose on purpose. Above all, Ms. Hermeline is a caring professional who believes that “Your Present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.”

Michelle Graves
Insurance Billing & Coding Consultant

Michelle Graves, Billing & Coding Consultant

Michelle Graves manages Shekinah Health’s operations and patient billing services. She supports the business management processes, recruits, supervises medical staff and monitors compliance activities, among other operational activities. Michelle is an experienced Practice Administrator and Medical Billing Consultant with 30+ years of experience. She holds various certifications (HIPAA, Compliance, and Medical Billing and Coding certifications). Michelle is responsible for optimizing the quality of patients’ health services while ensuring efficient, timely, and compliant medical billing services.  

Personal interests: Michelle enjoys spending her free time with her husband, experiencing new adventures, visiting family, and interacting with her grandchildren. She also enjoys the outdoors, swimming, golfing, and any type of sports. Michelle’s biggest passion in life is helping others. 

Stacy Schmidt – DeArmond
Medical Coordinator

Stacy Schmidt-DeArmond, Medical coordinator

Ms. Stacy Schmidt-DeArmond is the voice you hear and the face you see when you call or visit our office. Her job includes confirming appointments and check-out processes, Referral/Prior Authorization, and General Front /Back Office Support.  She has been with Shekinah Health since her first year and has been essential to the practice’s growth. Stacy was instrumental in helping grow a 10-employee in-home national consumer sales finance company to a growing 200+ employees. She is honoured to bring her myriad of skills and other experiences to Shekinah Health. Originally from Minnesota, Stacy traded cold winters and snow for hot weather and beaches.  

Personal interests: Reading, volunteering, going to the beach, off-shore fishing (if someone-usually her husband puts on the bait and takes off the fish), making felt Christmas stockings, and most treasure is spending time with her grandchildren. 

Christina Nelson –
Medical Assistant

Christina Nelson, Medical Assistant

Christina Nelson is our medical assistant. She is from Daytona Beach, Florida, and graduated from Daytona College. In her role, she performs clinical tasks and assists with front desk duties. Inspired by her mother, Christina’s main goal is to help providers deliver the best medical care to patients.

Personal interests:

Christena enjoys singing, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
